INDIRA GANDHI ZOOLOGICAL PARK





This is one of the well-known Zoo Park. It is located on the National Highway –5. Here there are huge collection of animals and some rear animals also. It is a fun and education spot for all age groups. Especially children will be awaiting to get into zoo.



VUDA PARK




This is a park by Visakhapatnam urban Development Authority at sea shores. This is the oldest park in vizag. Here there are so many exciting things for peace, entertainment, playing and relaxation. From inside of the park we can reach to the sea. The other interesting things in the park are Skating club, swimming club and play items for children. Some other features are peaceful climate for relaxation with enough greenery, boating and musical fountain and also there is open space for special shows.



SIVAJI PARK


This is situated in Sivajipalem. Greenery is the main attraction over here, with the pleasant climate u will get relaxed.

TENNETI PARK


This is situated on the sea shore and the down of kailasagiri hill. Here there is a huge screen for displaying the events performed on the stage over there.



KAILASAGIRI











This is the park on the hill top at the sea shore. This got the name because we can see the huge idols of Lord shiva and parvati . This is wonder ful place that, you would like to see it repeated number of times. From here the city view and sea is clearly visible. Here there are so many play items for children. There is a toy train facility also. To reach the hill top we can use the road, ropeway and also the steps.

VYSAKHI JALAVUDYANA VANAM
This is located beside police commissioners office. It is a beautiful location with water at he center and also the restaurants in the middle of the water . here the boating facility is available. This is great fun place for kids with there playing amenities.

MGM SELVEE WORLD

BEACH ROAD

This is the number of parks developed along the beach road on both sides starting from coastal battery to vuda park. These parks are decorated with some rock sculptures and playing amenities for kids. The important over here is the statues of the great personalities in various fields like music , literature, film and etc.,

The victory At sea is also along the beach road it is constructed by the navy in memory of the soldier and also on behalf of the victory in 1972.

TYDA PARK

Tyda park is Located 75 km from Vishakapatnam on the Araku road, Tyda
is being developed with camping facilities at jungle bells to provide
an enchanting experience in the wilderness to the tourists. A home for
a variety of wild mammals and avifauna, Tyda is ideal for viewing wild
life and bird watching.
The main attractions include rock climbing, trekking and target
shooting with bow and arrows. They can also learn the language of the
jungle viz., identification of calls, marks etc. and understanding
interesting features of various floras and fauna of eastern ghats with
the help of naturalists or guides. Tourists can enjoy their stay in log
huts and tents set in tribal environs.
